Important Information

  • The image which you require putting on to a clock must be in the centre of a picture and not close to the edge or you may lose some of the image when it is made round to fit on to the clock face.
  • Please also note that the middle of the picture will be where the hands come from and a very small section will also be lost so try not to have a face right in the middle.
  • After printing and drying the clock is then fitted up using a high quality German made Quartz Clock Movement and the hands are then attached.
  • Your clock will come to you in a box with a battery ready for you to hang up or place on a stand.
  • You can email your favourite verse or saying and this will be placed on your photo image or on an image selected by Gary - It's your choice.

Providing the Image / Photo

Numbers or no numbers?

This is a personal choice - Numbers are sometimes used and sometimes not. Some people prefer not to have them. You have the choice. Dots or lines are an alternative and can be combined with numbers eg. 12,3,6,9 and dots for the other positions. Roman numerals can be requested as well. Usually the numbers or dots will be printed on the clock along with the image

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q.1 How do I get my photo to you for you to place it on the clock?

You can email the image (email through the 'Contact' page) or send it via post. If it is a physical photo please notify Gary Turner with your intentions. Customers must ensure that the images they supply are their own originals or have permission from the owner of the image to use it.

Q.2 How should I look after my Clock?

Keep your CD Clock in a cool and dry environment and avoid high intensity lighting and direct sunlight. Avoid touching the clock surface. Dust the Clock very carefully to avoid bending hands. Do not use any liquid cleaner. Never adjust the time by moving the hands - use the adjustment knob on the back.

Q.3 What sort of battery should I use and how often should I change it?

The battery supplied with the Clock is an alkaline based and where possible should be replaced with such. As soon as the Clock starts faltering and losing time you should replace the battery with a good quality alkaline type - size AA. A lot of people change the clock battery at the end of daylight savings (along with their smoke alarms)

  2. Warranty

    Quality Products

Q.1 What warranty is offered on the clock movement?

Four year warranty - return to base. This warranty does not cover the hands or the battery, or damage caused by battery being inserted wrongly, or damage caused by a leaking battery. If the clock has been dropped or physically damaged, then the warranty does not apply

Q.2 Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes - all of the components used to make the Clocks are available separately

  3. Payment Methods

Please see the details on the Contact page.
